7. Retention Periods

| Fraud Prevention and Response | For the period necessary to analyze and process the matter and, where fraud is confirmed, for the period necessary to defend the Group’s rights, subject to the applicable limitation period. |
8. Data Security
Holding LG Automobiles undertakes to protect the Personal Data that we collect or otherwise Process against loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorized access, or unauthorized disclosure.
Accordingly, we implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures, taking into account the nature of the Data and the risks posed by its Processing. These measures are intended to preserve the security and confidentiality of your Personal Data.
